Castelli Narcisista Shoe Cover

My wife absolutely loves these shoe covers. They work really well and go on and off easily. She also really likes the way they look.

Stylish, as advertised, but also well constructed. They might run a bit small so you might want to size up. They are not quite as warm as the thicker neoprene shoe covers they replace, but together with a chemical toe warmer placed inside the shoe, they provide plenty of protection against below-freezing cold on long rides in Chicago!

Got these on one of the Bike Tires Direct deal of the day so price was great. I was looking for some good booties for the winters here in New Jersey.

The booties fit great and was quite warm through my 20F rides. Two complaints however...first the side zipper is a bit challenging to zip. It was fine after you started but getting it started took some effort. On a cold day with cold fingers...this is not good. The other complaints that I have is that the bottoms are not that durable. I had to walk on some rocks to answer a call of nature and put a couple of good holes in it. The material there is quite thin. Even my $20 wintex booties had better materials on the bottom.

Other than that...they have been great...and looks quite sharp!

Purchased this one sale and have been very happy with it so far. Seems to be high quality and built to last and does a good job at protecting my feet from the elements. The XXL fit my size 10 feet perfectly but they do not make a larger size so avoid if you are a Bigfoot!

I purchased these on 102011, wore them about 5 times, and they have torn at bottom of zipper and heeltoe are wearing through. They were comfortable and fit well but the quality is obviously poor. Thankfully biketiresdirect will allow me to return for a full credit.
